Telephone Support

When you need a backup technical department, we can provide telephone support. Our normal support hours are Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM, but special support hours can be arranged during critical customer conversions or project events.

On Site Support

When you call our offices, a real person answers the phone and makes sure that the support call is properly expedited. Even more importantly, all support calls are tracked with detailed notes so that any technician you speak with is fully informed and can provide seamless continuity on any issue previously raised. Likewise, these detailed records help us keep customers abreast of progress when solutions require further study. Our goal is always to keep you fully in the loop.

Internet Support
Sometimes questions cannot be answered over the phone. That’s why we provide a secure web based screen sharing solution called desktop streaming. With desktop streaming we can remotely view and control clients computers to assist you better. Our support technicians can tell you more.


Database Support
Periodically there are program updates that our clients can download. Clients need to register to have access to this resource.
