Position Summary

We are seeking a talented software implementation and consulting professional who is interested in being part of our dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position supports our People Savvy HCM (a.k.a Kronos Workforce Ready) software. The person in this role works with client contacts and is expected to develop a strong level of system knowledge.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Define, configure, test, analyze, and maintain all modules within the People Savvy HCM application (i.e. recruitment/applicant tracking, HR, TLM, and Payroll).
  • Create GL mapping for export to accounting softwares.
  • Create and support custom reports.
  • Analyze customer configurations and use creative thinking in order to resolve issues that arise.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest product features and functionality.
  • Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with clients, agencies, and coworkers to promote a high-quality service image.
  • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions on the various modules within the product.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Advanced experience with HRIS/HCM software
  • Accounting experience and/or knowledge of chart of accounts and GL’s required
  • Excellent customer-facing communication skills are a must, including the ability to gather and clarify requirements, present solutions and convey value, manage expectations, and deliver great customer care.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills are required.
  • Kronos software experience a plus, but not required
  • Proven ability to configure software preferred
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Must be flexible and have the ability to work in teams or alone, manage multiple commitments, demonstrate high attention to detail, and meet tight deadlines
