Job Overview
The ideal candidate for this position brings an enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. The perfect candidate will relish a challenge and look forward to exercising creativity towards accomplishing a broad variety of marketing and administrative tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with the technical aspects of social media and blog postings
- General website maintenance
- Assist with marketing campaigns
- Organize and maintain customer and prospective customer contact lists
- Process software and IT license renewals
- Request and prepare customer quotes, and place orders for software and hardware
- Assist with AP invoice entry
- Perform credit card reconciliations
- Basic A/R Functions
- New customer onboarding into current systems (e.g. CRM and Accounting)
- Back-up coverage for phones and reception
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be able to work an 8:00am – 5:00pm shift, and attendance is an essential function

Required Skills Experience
- Strong computer skills are a must
- Social media experience including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter strongly preferred.
- WordPress and HubSpot experience a plus
- Bookkeeping skills preferred
- Minimum of 1 year related work experience supporting a fast-paced, customer centric environment
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or equivalent relevant experience highly desired.

Position Summary
We are seeking a talented software implementation and consulting professional who is interested in being part of our dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position supports our Acumatica ERP software practice. The person in this role works with client contacts and is expected to develop a strong level of system knowledge.
Minimum Qualifications
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Acumatica or similar ERP Software experience
- Be experienced with project scoping, planning, requirements gathering, business process mapping and
- end-to-end process experience is a plus
- Have in-depth accounting/finance and distribution experience. Experience in manufacturing a plus.
- Demonstrate ability to “juggle”, (well, metaphorically, anyway!) by handling multiple projects
- successfully, while meeting deadlines
- Outstanding organizational, time management, communication, and listening skills required
- Exhibit exceptional interpersonal, customer service, decision-making, and analytical abilities
- Ability to function effectively in collaborative, team-oriented, matrix environment, and build strong
- relationships with managers, co-workers, clients, vendors, and internal customers
- Working knowledge of MS SQL, MS Excel, Outlook, and proficiency with CRM tools
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Responsibilities and Duties
- Strategically guide customers through the software implementation process
- Deliver informative, insightful, and engaging training
- Provide timely, outstanding post-implementation service and support
- Produce professional documentation of current challenges, future requirements, and benefits in a manner appropriate for clients and prospective clients; create Statements of Work (SOW’s)
- Perform project scoping, planning, business process mapping, UAT testing
- As the Subject Matter Expert on the solution, provide guidance and direction to both internal implementation team and customer implementation team
- Provide prompt, exceptional customer service and support
- Keep current with Acumatica certifications
- Able to travel to customer locations
